The quality of your company is the quality of the staff you attract, recruit and retain.

There is a limited supply of all qualified and experienced professionals. You can take on trainees and develop them. Do without somehow. Pay ever increasing competitve salaries. Persuade your current staff to work longer hours. Accept that you have reached you limits. Or even buy companies that are currently employing them.  We have a better way. The real answer is to ensure that you not only atttract and filter the top 10% in any field but you have choice.
