A company when moving from its entepreneurial start needs to build systems and processes. Before that stage it needs to build a strong foundation to support those processes and growth.  What gets a company from start up to first profits are not the same as taking it to the next level.  Most companies that desire growth finish up going around in circles never getting the breakthrough to being a much bigger and profitable operation. A place where economies of scale come in. Delegation to experts is possible and automation and processes  when well designed move the enterprise towards what we call a self-managing company.

Entrepreneurs become frustrated at delegation and come to the conclusion. If it needs doing well, best to do it yourself.  Or they recruit a team and find all their time spent in training and directing the new people, their personal productivity to which the company is depndent wanes.

To scale there is a checklist we go through. This one day course with follow up consultancy not only completes an audit but implements the actions necessary to build that strong foundation.  As Einstein said, "Go as fast as possible but not faster! " We believe in fast growth but it needs to be sustainable which menas a stong support system. Administrative processes, IT processes, Accounting processes And when it comes to a sales team marketing and lead generation support, training, coaching.  All of these can seem time and money drains you dont have, so we have endeavoured to find ways to put every efficiency, auatomation, delegation and leverage into your company systems to support grow and truly move towards becoming a self-managing company.
We run a two day programme. The first day is a course in a four star venue which teaches the why and the how of all that you need to make sure you are ready to scale. This will vary deciding on special company culture market products and culture.  It is a very practical course but you will have an assessment by the end of the day on how well you score on each vital area and what to do about it.  The second day is a personal consultancy day with our expert. In practice that could be on on day or spread out. It is defined as completed when you are s/he are satisfied that you are ready to scale.
