Quality leadership with a clear communicated vision is essential.  The leader of an entrepreneurial company has to take on this role and move away from being a technician in what their business does.  Leaders inspire action, shared dreams and cohesive teamwork. Your job is not to build a business, it is to build people that will build the business for you. You need to lead, delegate manage and motivate. Ask  yourself who not how!
