We are always looking for ambitious entrepreneurial minded graduates who want to pursue a career in sales, recruitment or marketing. We can start people whilst still an undergraduate, recently graduated or already have some commercial experience.
We start you off on our certificated sales programme by selling unique courses such as the "Scale through Sales" seminar. You will receive ongoing training and coaching through your first 6 weeks. To gain the Success Moves Sales certification you must meet various criterion of achievement. This is a great addition to your CV and will make you attractive to any company recruiting in the sales field. Additionally you can continue with us and develop in selling, recruitment or marketing. We are an international remote team that operates globally.
There are various ways to sell our seminar and you will need to show competence and achievements in each of these ways. By signing up you will receive your own what is called 'affiliate link'. We will set you up with a corporate email. We will help you set up and earn from your Linkedin account for this role. The link means that you can add it to your signature and post it in Linkedin in various ways. have it published with and advert on various directors, groups and websites. Anyone coming to our page and booking from that will be credited to you. You can also network both online and at live events (we will pay costs). Then there is telemarketing. This has been designed to give you maximum experience in sales in a practical real world way.
The good news this is not an intern position where you gain quality experience and training, do the menial taks, wehre ideas are ignored and you are not paid. In fact your personal 'affiliate link' itslef will take the prospect to our order form and take their money. It will automatically pay you 50% of that as a sales commission. Your first lesson is right there. Sales is all about results not serving time. It is also about being paid more if you work harder and smarter. We will be working with you very closely to make sure you hit and exceed your learning and achievement and remuneration targets.
We have done a great deal of research on how we can reward remote sales people but also manage, motivate, train, lead and know what they are doing and what training and coaching they need.
On the seminars a minimum acceptable level of sales would be 10 tickets sold per month. High performers will achieve much more than that. On each ticket sale the 'affilialte link' which took the prospect to the customer order form will not only take their money but pay you 50% of that ticket sale directly to your bank. This system enables us to offer positions on a part time basis where the gradaute can choose to work part-time and choose their own hours. We take responsiblity especially in the six weeks to do everything we can to help you exceed your minimum target of ten sales or pro-rata this if you are part time.
